The Professional Certificate in Psychology (ProCertPsychology) provides structured study in foundational psychology, mental health, assessment, communication, helping skills, behavioral analysis, and applied psychological practice. Students examine the psychology of mind and behavior, common mental health concerns, biopsychosocial case understanding, ethical communication, professional boundaries, and culturally responsive practice. ProCertPsy includes specialization options in Clinical Psychology, Transformative Psychology, and Business Psychology, allowing learners to connect psychological concepts with clinical-adjacent support, personal transformation, consumer behavior, workplace behavior, and organizational contexts. Through applied practice and a capstone project, students strengthen their ability to analyze cases, communicate responsibly, prepare professional reports, and apply psychology-informed reasoning within appropriate non-licensure professional, educational, organizational, and human-service settings.
