The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate program designed for professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders who seek advanced competence in strategy, organizational leadership, financial judgment, research, and global enterprise management. The program prepares students to understand complex organizational environments, evaluate strategic choices, and lead evidence-informed action in competitive, international, and rapidly changing professional contexts.
The curriculum begins with a rigorous core in enterprise strategy, managerial finance, organizational behavior, leadership development, strategic execution, and research methodology. Through these courses, students strengthen their ability to analyze internal and external business conditions, interpret financial and organizational evidence, assess leadership and workforce dynamics, and design strategic responses that support long-term institutional performance.
Students then select one specialization aligned with their academic interests and professional goals. Specialization pathways allow focused study in international strategic finance and accounting, international strategic marketing and communication, international strategic human capital and enterprise leadership, or international strategic enterprise management. Each pathway develops advanced expertise in a defined area while remaining integrated with the program’s broader strategic-management foundation.
Graduates are prepared for leadership, management, consulting, entrepreneurial, and advancement opportunities across business, public, nonprofit, and international settings. The program is especially suited for learners who seek to strengthen executive judgment, guide organizational transformation, communicate strategic direction, and make responsible decisions in complex professional environments.

English Proficiency – Non-native speakers must demonstrate at least CEFR B2 competence through IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge English, or AUS’s proprietary EPASS, with certification issued within the past two years.

Eligibility and Admission Standards for English Language Proficiency
Proficiency in English is a mandatory admission requirement for all programs at The American University of Science (AUS), ensuring academic excellence, global engagement, and uncompromised quality of instruction. Applicants must demonstrate competence through one of four pathways:
Nationality-Based Qualification – Automatic eligibility applies to nationals of AUS-recognized English-speaking countries. Verification requires a valid passport or national ID.
Education-Based Qualification – Undergraduate applicants qualify by completing secondary education in an English-speaking country with English as the sole medium of instruction. Graduate applicants qualify by earning a bachelor’s degree or higher under the same conditions. Official transcripts and institutional verification are required.
Professional Experience-Based Qualification – Applicants may qualify with at least two consecutive years of full-time professional employment in the last ten years in an English-speaking country, where English was the primary language of communication. Employer verification and references are required.
Standardized Assessment – Applicants may meet requirements by achieving CEFR B2 through recognized exams: TOEFL iBT (72), IELTS Academic (6.0), or Cambridge FCE/CAE/CPE (160). Alternatively, candidates may take the AUS EPASS, earning a Certificate of English Language Proficiency (CELP).
All evidence must be dated within two years. AUS reserves the right to request further verification.
Eligibility and Admission Standards for Program-Specific Requirements
Admission to the AUS MBA is governed by program-specific criteria that reflect the institution’s commitment to strategic leadership, executive education, and professional excellence. Four distinct eligibility routes ensure access for diverse high-potential candidates while upholding uncompromising standards of merit.
Route 1: Combined Academic and Professional Experience – Applicants with non-business undergraduate and graduate degrees must present at least three years of full-time management experience, demonstrating leadership capacity, organizational insight, and applied decision-making.
Route 2: Professional Experience Only – Seasoned executives without traditional academic credentials may qualify with a minimum of five years of managerial experience, preferably including supervisory responsibilities and operational leadership.
Route 3: Academic Pathway – Candidates with undergraduate and graduate degrees in business, management, or related disciplines are eligible. While professional experience is not mandatory, at least two years of managerial exposure is strongly preferred.
Route 4: Performance-Based Admission – Applicants may provisionally enroll by completing two designated core MBA courses (10.0 GSCH) with a minimum grade of B in each, thereby securing unconditional admission.
Through these pathways, AUS ensures that MBA cohorts are diverse, merit-based, and strategically prepared to lead institutions, industries, and global enterprises.
