  • In my role as an IT HelpDesk staff member at the Department of Administration, I am responsible for providing technical support to all company personnel and faculty across departments, ensuring stable and efficient operation of hardware, software, and network systems. My duties include troubleshooting technical issues, installing and updating software, and managing IT equipment. I also assist in setting up online classes prior to their start, including preparing equipment, testing connectivity, and configuring systems to ensure everything is ready for teaching.

  • Additionally, I support users in utilizing various IT tools and platforms, contributing to overall work efficiency. Through this role, I have developed strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic IT support environment.
