Main Responsibilities
Organize and produce video content for platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Coordinate and schedule with the Service Department to plan video production for each clinic service.
Participate in developing scripts and concepts for video content.
Video Production
Write content, develop concepts, and create video scripts.
Collaborate with the Media team on post-production and finalize videos.
Ensure video production targets (daily/weekly/monthly) are met for each platform.
Content & Visual Briefing
Write content (captions) for videos, images, or blogs as required.
Plan and schedule regular content.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with departments (Service, Customer Service, etc.) to organize and produce suitable content.
Ensure content accurately reflects services and communication goals.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (if any).
