Dr. M. Arvindhan serving in Senior Computing Professor. With a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering and over 15 years of teaching and research experience, Expertise lies in Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing, supported by numerous publications in reputed journals and conferences.

Dr. M. Arvindhan served as Assistant Professor Grade-III in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Amity University (AUS) since December 2024. With over 15 years of dedicated academic experience, he previously held the position of Assistant Professor Grade-II at Galgotias University, Greater Noida (2017–2024), and worked as Assistant Professor at MAM School of Engineering, Trichy (2011–2017). He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Galgotias University in 2024, building on a strong foundation that includes industry experience as a Customer Support Engineer at HCL Infosystems.

His primary research interests lie in Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing. As reflected on his Google Scholar profile (sorted by publication date), his scholarly contributions have received 433 citations (h-index 12, i10-index 17). Recent high-impact works include “Integrated Optimization Strategies for High-Efficiency Solar PV Plants: From AI to Bifacial Technologies” (2026), transformer-augmented deep learning frameworks for smart fruit cultivation and multi-modal farming analytics (2025), multi-objective evolutionary algorithms for food preservation, advanced routing in wireless sensor networks, edge-computing twins using GNN, Kalman-filter-based heart-rate tracking, and AI-driven cybersecurity for 7G-enabled platforms.

In addition to teaching and research, Dr. Arvindhan has served as NBA and NAAC coordinator, successfully organized national-level events such as the Smart India Hackathon and Toycathon, and acts as an active IEEE member and reviewer for several international journals. He remains deeply committed to translating emerging technologies into practical, sustainable solutions.

Professional Statement

My professional philosophy is rooted in the conviction that education must empower students to become innovative problem-solvers who can harness emerging technologies for real-world impact. I approach every lecture and lab session with a student-centric mindset—delivering concepts clearly while ensuring deep understanding through hands-on experiments in Python, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning. I strongly believe in blending theoretical rigour with practical application, constantly adapting my methods to foster critical thinking, creativity, and confidence under pressure. As an academic and researcher, I remain deeply committed to continuous learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and institutional excellence. Whether leading research in Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Edge Intelligence, coordinating NBA/NAAC accreditation, or organising national-level events like the Smart India Hackathon, I work with reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for mentoring the next generation. My focus is not only on publishing impactful work but on translating knowledge into sustainable solutions that benefit society and industry alike.
