Dr. Lakshmi Chaitanya Datti is a management scholar and educator specializing in digital transformation, organizational resilience, and Generative AI. With international academic experience and research contributions across multiple countries, she is committed to advancing knowledge in digital strategy, management education, and innovation-driven organizational development.
Dr. Lakshmi Chaitanya Datti is a management scholar with a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Cyberjaya, Malaysia. She has several years of experience in higher education, where she teaches courses related to management, marketing analytics, and research methodology while actively mentoring students in academic research and critical thinking.
Her research focuses on digital transformation resilience at the country level, examining how nations adapt to technological disruption and develop sustainable digital ecosystems. She is particularly interested in emerging themes such as AI readiness, generative AI adoption, and national digital capability development, with a focus on comparative and cross-country perspectives.
Dr. Lakshmi’s work aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how countries prepare for and respond to rapid technological change.
